We are so excited that you are interested in Mid-Way's residency program!
We pray that you will prayerfully consider becoming a part of this experience.
As a Mid-Way resident, you will be able to have a hand in all that God is doing in and through our church staff.
You will be immersed in all areas of ministry for the next 1-2 years.
It's a calling. It's a privilege. Above all, it's a chance to serve like Christ did.
It is our prayer that you will see God working in your life in fresh and new ways during your residency.
MISSIONS RESIDENCY
Do you feel a call to serve God on the Mission field? Do you have a heart to reach the nations with the Gospel? If so, we would love to come along side of you to equip and prepare you for long-term ministry in another country. God used a season of preparation in the lives of many of His faithful servants in the Scriptures, and we pray that we can be a part of your season of preparation to serve God through missions. You will be immersed in all things missions and learn all areas of church ministry.

MINISTRY RESIDENCY
Do you feel a call to full time ministry? Has God placed a desire in your heart for teaching or preaching His Word? If so, the Ministry Residency might be for you! The Ministry Residency is designed to train you in all aspects of ministry, with a focus on teaching and preaching. You will learn how to construct a sermon and how to create messages that impact others for Christ. You will also receive have hands on training from the Mid-Way Staff for important behind the scenes areas of ministry that will be an asset to you long-term.
YOUTH RESIDENCY
Do you feel a call to full time ministry to reach the next generation with the love of Christ? Has God placed a desire in your heart to make disciples? If so, the Youth Residency might be for you! During this Residency, you will be immersed in all things youth ministry such as youth services, youth events, camps, campus ministry, small groups, and preaching and teaching. We want to equip you to reach young people with the good news.

The Missions Residency at Mid-Way was truly an amazing journey of personal growth and learning. I had the privilege of being under the guidance of godly leaders who inspired and shaped me.
