Mid-way internship experience

Mid-Way Interns are Young Adults, between 18-26 years old, who have the opportunity to serve alongside Mid-Way’s church staff. Interns help enhance the ministry of

Mid-Way Baptist Church. God is going to use you!

Do you love serving in ministry? Are you interested in working at a church to learn how things happen behind the scenes? Have you wondered if you are called to full-time ministry?

If so, the Mid-Way Internship Experience could be for you! We want to train and equip young leaders, people who are awakened to the God-given potential inside of them, to make an impact for the glory of God using the gifts God has given them. We have designed this internship so that you will grow personally and spiritually! You will see God working

in your life in fresh and new ways. What are you waiting for? Apply today!

I really loved serving around the church with other interns and staff while growing closer to them as well. I also grew in my walk of faith in a major way from sharing in small groups to sharing in front of Refuge. This summer was a summer of growth and great memories. I highly recommend this internship.
